FRUCTUS leaf ornament W

The FRUCTUS W is a handmade bone china leaf ornament by Klatt Objects, modelled on the finely cut foliage of the Erodium chrysanthemum. Its elongated frond ripples into deeply lobed edges and pierced openings, with a raised central vein running the full length and a slender stem that ends in a soft linen-toned cord for hanging.

Cast in fine bone china porcelain and finished by hand, each piece carries its own small variations in the modelling, so no two leaves are identical. The unglazed, chalk-white surface is matte rather than glossy: light settles gently into the grooves and pools along the ruffled edges, giving the porcelain leaf a quiet, almost fossil-like presence. Lay it flat on a coffee table or console as a sculptural detail, prop it on a bookshelf, add it to a curated centrepiece, or hang it from a cupboard key, a headboard or a branch.
