High plate XL white/black variation c Dé

Fine white brushstrokes fan out from the centre of the well like a sunburst, fading into the deep black rim, while a wide, gently raised edge catches the light in a bright, liquid ring.

The porcelain is hand-finished, so the chiaroscuro of light and shadow falls differently on every piece — some strokes silvery and dry, others swallowed by the glaze. The glazed surface gives the plate a lacquered depth that turns pale food, linen napkins and matte stoneware into a graphic composition.
