The BERLIN set of 2 dining chairs with armrests by Chulo plays two materials against each other: a soft beige textured fabric on the inside and a tile-brown synthetic leather that wraps the backrest and the lower part of the seat, closing the shell completely. Seen from behind, the chair reads as a single russet volume with a fine piped seam running down the centre; from the front, the pale interior glows against it.

The interior upholstery is 100% polyester, gently quilted so the light settles into soft folds across the back and seat cushion, while the semi-PU outer fabric keeps a smooth, matte sheen. Underneath, the structure is made from a single piece of metal for stability and resistance, on slim splayed legs stove-lacquered in matt black. The low, enveloping armrests make these upholstered dining chairs comfortable enough to linger in, whether arranged around a dining table, paired at a console, or used as occasional seating in a bedroom or study.
